Donald Trump’s $125 Million Mansion

In 2004 Donald Trump purchased Maison de L’Amitie at a bankruptcy auction for $41 million and after $25 million in renovations has it on the market for $125 million. This custom designed 62,000 square foot oceanfront mansion is built on 6.5 acres and has 17 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, and 8 half baths. Highlights of this Palm Beach super luxury home include incredible ocean views, 100 foot long pool, hot tub, 2 fireplaces, fitness room, home theater, library, wine cellar/grotto, and staff quarters. Maison de L’Amitie also features 3 additional structures that include a 2 bedroom poolside retreat, 2 bedroom guest house and a 4 bedroom coach house, whatever that is. It’s an incredibly nice house but what in the world would you do with 17 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms.

Even if I had the money it is not for me there are some other exceedingly expensive luxury properties around that are far more appealling. Much of the value of the initial purchase was accounted for by the plot size 6.5 acres in that location (without the house) is enough to buy several large luxury homes. It is hard to see where 25m could have gone on what is basically non- structural and cosmetic upgrades… 25 million is serious money. These improvements could not justify tripling the price.

first of all i’d like to start off by saying this is all a scam and is not true , i personally know the owner of this house, and i can tell you that it’s not donald trump’s residence and its not worth $125 million USD, it’s more than that…

I need this house cuz I must accomodate psychotherapist. I also need a room for my MD, my chyropractor, my accupunture to numb my brains , my maids to pump me up with dope pills, my buttler to remind me the time to be up and plan my escape, the 4 gardencrew, 4 my cleanning staff, chef cook and 2 helpers- to cook for all the staff- a total of 25 people – just staff enought to hold me down in this house , and keep me locked up and insane to stay in a house like this one.
This is a total golden jail bird hell. |This is Insane. Unless I have a party with 100 people whom I dont know and have no fun talking to….I will be super happy in any Hotel like alike this house=an empty vacant hotel….NO THANKS
