No you sell it give her half the proceeds (which will get taxed ) and she can start grinding up her bankroll and work just as hard as Phil at a 9-5 job . She can also buy one of those commonfolk homes and live amongst the middle class crowd .I'm sure she'll be happy after all money aint everything.
